Cypress Hills Provincial Park is seeking a Ski Patrol Supervisor. The ideal candidate will manage daily ski patrol functions, prioritize guest safety, and handle emergency incidents. Applicants must possess relevant certifications and be physically fit to operate in changing winter conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ski patrol team for effective guest service
• Schedule and communicate staff assignments daily
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews
• Manage slope maintenance and conditions
• Respond to emergencies with leadership and composure
Requirements:
• Minimum one year supervisory and skiing experience
• Advanced First Aid and CPR certification
• WHMIS 2015 certification essential
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Capability to lift at least 25 kg
Lead a dedicated team to uphold safety standards at the Hidden Valley Ski Hill.
