This full time role will see you supporting the Specialist and Sales team with Rockwell Automation and partner products. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise, making product recommendations, and nurturing relationships with customers in the electrical and instrumentation sectors. Staying updated on emerging automation technologies is key to your position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales with Rockwell Automation product inquiries • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs • Build lasting customer relationships and assist in selections • Manage orders through Dynamics 365 and facilitate follow-ups • Keep backorder reports updated for better tracking
Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering • Background in automation or control systems is an asset • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is highly preferred • Stellar communication and problem-solving abilities • Willingness to travel when necessary
