This is a role for someone who enjoys shaping solutions, challenging assumptions, and building scalable products, not just coding to a spec.What you will doLead the technical design and build of Workday Extend applications (orchestration, PMD scripting, UI components)Build orchestration services and WQL driven endpoints for secure, performant data accessDesign and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core ConnectorsBuild and optimise REST and SOAP APIs, including XML and JSON payloadsCreate data transformations primarily using XSLT (and other fit‑for‑purpose approaches)Troubleshoot complex issues, lead root cause analysis, and improve reliability and monitoringDevelop custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields to support HCM, Finance,
