Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis for benchmarking compensation practices
• Maintain JDX job description database accuracy
• Support compensation survey submissions
• Ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Process relevant invoices and payments
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or HR required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Must have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office applications
