Commercial Claims Adjuster – Liability/Bodily Injury (Intermediate to Senior)

Our client a reputable Insurance company is looking for to add to their Commercial Claims team and manage moderate to complex bodily injury liability claims from investigation through resolution. You'll work closely with brokers, clients, legal counsel, and external partners to deliver fair, timely, and customer-focused claim outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial bodily injury claims
- Manage litigated files, reserves, settlements, and large-loss reporting
- Collaborate with brokers, clients, legal counsel, and external experts
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely claim resolution

What You'll Bring





- 5+ years of commercial bodily injury claims experience, including litigated files
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- CIP designation (or actively pursuing) preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with mediations, pre-trials, and trials is an asset
- Trucking auto liability experience is an asset
