We're currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the President on behalf of a very successsful Canadian manufacturing concern located in Scarborough.

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded person to support the executive leadership team and help coordinate the growing complexity of a rapidly expanding organization.

Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer and working closely with senior leadership, this individual will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple business entities, boards, corporate initiatives, internal and customer communications and compliance activities.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting, enjoys solving problems, and can independently take ownership of projects from start to finish.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant type role. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to the executive team, ensuring critical initiatives, meetings, reporting requirements, and organizational priorities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
