Working under the guidance of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, you'll devise therapeutic exercise programs and assist with patient care for MVA and private patients. Your contributions will directly influence clients’ rehabilitation journeys and return-to-work efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Treat MVA, LTD, WSIB, and private patients in a gym setting
• Design therapeutic exercise programs for client needs
• Conduct Physical Demands Analysis and job capability assessments




• Prepare client progress reports and assist in return-to-work planning
• Maintain a secure and organized gym workplace
Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Empathy and rapport-building with patients
• Experience in interdisciplinary care is an asset
