Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers courteously upon arrival
• Verify and update patient information accurately

• Answer calls and distribute relevant information
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous related experience in patient access
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a clean front desk
