About the Role

Join our compassionate team at Baptist Housing’s Kelowna communities. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve residents’ quality of life. As an LPN, you’ll:
Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create individualized care plans.
Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance physical and emotional well‑being.
Utilize technology such as Point‑Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records.
Demonstrate ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships.

Requirements
Graduate of a recognised school of nursing.
Current registration in valuable standing with BCCNM.
Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.
Availability to work consistent shifts, including weekends.

Compensation & Advantages

Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 – $41.35, as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
