• Communicate debt-relief options in easy language
• Collect required financial documents from clients
• Organize and prepare files for Trustee review
• Follow up promptly with clients regarding their cases
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in insolvency
• Proficiency with Ascend software
• Excellent listening and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation
• Ability to support clients with a calm demeanor
