Role Description

The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on the road role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for handling the full leasing process, including conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and assisting with application questions and move-in procedures. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, media, supporting resident retention initiatives,



and providing timely customer service to current and prospective tenants and landlords.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with leases and lease administration, including handling documentation accurately and explaining lease terms clearly.
Skills in resident retention, with the ability to build positive relationships and support renewal efforts.
Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness to tenant and owner needs.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple leasing activities and deadlines.
Comfort working on the road in a rapid-paced property management workplace and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education or training in property management, real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
