The State Hospital is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Analyst for its eHealth department. You will be part of a team providing IT hardware and software support while ensuring optimal functioning of key systems. A robust background in Microsoft applications and LAN networking is necessary to succeed in this permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support through the IM&T; help desk
• Perform PC hardware upgrades and maintenance
• Install and maintain Windows operating systems
• Support various Microsoft systems including Azure and SQL Server
• Work effectively in a highly secure setting
Requirements:
• Relevant IM&T; systems and hardware support experience
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols
• Experience in Windows OS installations and upgrades
