This casual position allows you to thrive as a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your role revolves around conducting various therapeutic and recreational programs that support residents' health. You'll also ensure a nurturing and protected environment for our seniors while supervising volunteers and adapting activities to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a variety of recreational activities for residents
• Assist with basic resident care during meals




• Maintain a clean and secure workplace
• Guide and support volunteers in program delivery
• Document resident progress in activities
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12
• Minimum 12-month Recreation Therapy Aide certificate
• Current Food Safe and First Aid certifications
• At least 1 year experience in recreation
• Registered Care Aide certificate is an asset
