As part of the Child Safety & Family Guidance team, you will leverage your experience working with children and families to foster stability and hope. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess needs and respond to child protection concerns
• Build relationships that facilitate healing and wellness
• Advocate for children’s rights and interests
• Partner with Indigenous communities for support resources
• Maintain documentation for consistent service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Child and Youth Care
• 2 years’ experience in child and family roles
• C6 delegation eligibility for child protection
• Compassionate engagement with Indigenous communities
• Commitment to trauma-informed practices
