We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Peterborough branch.

This person will be under the supervision of the branch manager.

The main responsibilities for this position are:
Greet Customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Assist Customers in selecting and purchasing products
Process Sales Transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
Quickly solve customer problems.
Get involved in sales, answering calls promptly.
Take orders while trying to increase sales and profits.
Respond to price request and provide technical information.
Check and inform customers regarding overdue orders (B.O.).
Submit new quotes and make follow‑ups.
Negotiate prices when necessary, according to certain pre‑established scales.
Take the initiative to suggest substitutes or related products when necessary.
Keep your technical knowledge up to date.





The main requirements for this position are:
3 to 5 years experience in the industry, or a combination of studies and experience
Fluency in English
Computer literate
Knowledge of electrical products, an asset
