Polaron Comfort is expanding its network of licensed HVAC Installation Technicians. This project-based chance is best suited for established tradespeople with a minimum of three years in residential HVAC installation. As an independent contractor, you will represent the company professionally and be directly involved in ensuring compliance and quality on installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations per TSSA/ESA regulations and manufacturer standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about service
• Work with the operations team for seamless job coordination




• Submit all required installation documents promptly
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician license required
• ODP certification and own tools necessary
• Must have a valid Ontario driver's license and vehicle
• Maintaining $2M general liability insurance and WSIB clearance
