This role at WSP involves contributing to cutting-edge digital project delivery as part of the Buildings Mechanical & Electrical Transportation Group. Reporting to the BIM Manager, you'll develop detailed mechanical systems, optimize design workflows, and enhance BIM adoption. You'll engage in initiatives that streamline design processes and support WSP's strategic vision for M&E; production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D models for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Support design activities with Mechanical Designers and EITs




• Develop accurate drawing packages for submissions
• Model natural gas and other building systems
• Collaborate with offshore design teams on workflows
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Mechanical BIM modelling experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Familiarity with design automation tools like Dynamo
• Solid understanding of duct and pipe sizing
• Detail-oriented and organized, with independent workflow navigation
