Key Responsibilities:
• Build robust connections with South Asian community organizations
• Organize workshops and support groups for families
• Deliver dementia awareness sessions in Punjabi and Hindi
• Coordinate referral systems and client support services
• Maintain accurate client records and facilitate follow-ups
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Work or related field
• Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi
• Experience in community engagement and public speaking
• Knowledge of dementia care and services
• Valid driver’s license and explicit criminal record check
