Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal assistance with daily living activities
• Aid residents with grooming and personal care




• Communicate effectively about resident care needs
• Mentor recent Health Care Aide staff and students
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certification or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficient English language skills in reading and writing
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
