What is your mission?

Be trusted partner of the Finance, Sales and Operations units to choose and implement the right solutions that will support company growth strategy. Support our internal partners on their daily work.

Define, manage, and execute future finance, sales or logistics related solutions deployments.

Participate in project scoping with stakeholders across the business; gather and analyze business requirements within NetSuite ERP and third-party applications.

Advocate for continuous improvement in our system of internal controls; develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure auditability and compliance.

Provide administration and support of NetSuite ERP system and other related systems, includes process monitoring and improvement, end user training,



problem resolution and ongoing support with high importance to SLA management.

The superpowers we are looking for:

2+ years’ experience with supporting a NetSuite workplace in a company

Good financial background

Familiar with Salesforce, sales procedure and interfaces with NetSuite- big advantage

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating technical information to non-technical staff.

Demonstrated experience working both independently and in group project settings.
