Description

Lead and expand the Machine Learning team, driving the development and deployment of AI technologies within our product suite.
Ensure the design and implementation of ML solutions are in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to integrate ML models seamlessly into our digital health solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adherence to best practices in machine learning and data security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology in machine learning and apply this knowledge to tackle complex problems in innovative ways.
Provide technical and career mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects from conception to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics,



or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning/data science, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Proficient in deep learning techniques and algorithms with a proven track record of implementing them in a production environment that drives business impacts.
Good understanding of MLOps and managing ML model lifecycles
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages and familiarity with ML frameworks and tools.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML capabilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and its implications for data processing and machine learning in healthcare is a plus.
