PHASOR Engineering Inc. is seeking an Experienced Transmission Line Designer in Calgary, Alberta. Focus on creative engineering solutions for a variety of transmission projects across North America with a dynamic team.

In this role, you'll assume a senior position to oversee the design and execution of critical transmission line projects. You'll apply your extensive knowledge of industry standards and codes as you conduct detailed engineering design, analysis, and project management. This position also presents the chance to mentor emerging engineers and actively participate in inter-disciplinary collaboration within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive design execution and project management of transmission lines
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards




• Produce accurate engineering models using PLS software
• Lead proposal preparation for transmission line projects
• Engage in technical meetings with project stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• P.Eng. certification and 8 years of minimum experience
• Proficient in PLS and electrical study methodologies
• Knowledge of CEC, CSA, and IEEE standards
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
