Duties

Supervise and coordinate construction activities in office

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations

Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary

Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation

Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction





Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)

Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work

Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation principles
