Vice President, Recruitment Services at Vaco Toronto
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

Support global monthly and quarterly consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance.

Review and refine consolidation entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements.

Coordinate with regional finance teams across time zones, helping resolve reporting issues quickly and effectively.

Support our OneStream implementation through testing, validation, and requirements alignment (not as lead).

Partner with auditors by preparing documentation and providing variance explanations.

Identify opportunities to improve close processes, shorten timelines, and increase efficiency.

Contribute to special projects such as system enhancements and integration of new entities.

Requirements

CPA/CA designation with 3+ years of accounting experience, including consolidation in a multinational environment.

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and hands‑on experience preparing consolidated financial statements.





Skilled with ERP systems (SAP/Sage)

Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills; thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Organized, curious, and proactive in making processes more productive.

You’re a fast learner, take ownership of your work, and aren’t afraid to ask questions to get things right.
