We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join the team. Candidates must be prepared to attend in office testing and interviews, with immediate availability upon successful completion.

Schedule: 8am to 4h30pm

Salary: depends on level of expertise and experience on the Raymond Reach

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate the Raymond Reach Trucks and Walkie
Perform receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counts
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to support operations
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols
Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets
Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work at heights (Order Picker)
Participate in cycle counts, move pallets,



and maintain a clean warehouse setting
Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards

Requirements
Valid forklift certification (Raymond Reach and Walkie)
Experience with RF-based WMS systems (e.g., Red Prairie)
Secondary school diploma preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work safely at heights
Safety-conscious and aware of MHE protocols and facility security procedures
