Key Responsibilities:
• Perform climbing and ground tasks assigned by the crew leader
• Assess tree condition and conduct equipment checks
• Assist with driving and operational duties where necessary
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to training protocols
• Communicate effectively with crew members and management
Requirements:
• Minimum one year climbing experience in tree care
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Secondary education completion required
• Training in chainsaw maintenance and aerial cutting necessary
• Proficiency in English for transparent communication
