This role involves direct interactions with customers, providing tours, and assisting in qualifying buyers. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining showhome presentations and performing essential administrative duties to ensure sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Conduct showhome tours and provide product information




• Assist in qualifying prospective buyers effectively
• Ensure showhomes and sales centres are presentable
• Support customers throughout the home building process
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
