WSP is in search of a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer to ensure effective requirement management for a critical rail extension. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in transit or rail systems and proficiency in Systems Engineering practices. You will lead collaboration across various technical teams and manage compliance throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead integration and management of systems requirements
• Oversee the IBM DOORS Next Generation requirements repository
• Support requirements analysis and traceability efforts
• Align project actions with scope, cost, and schedule
• Facilitate compliance across engineering processes and outputs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Systems Engineering
• Must possess a P.Eng. licence in Ontario
• At least 8 years in transit, rail, or safety-critical roles
• Experience with IBM DOORS NG is essential
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering teams
