Make an impact in a highly collaborative environment that believes in empowerment as well as true work/life balance.What you will be doingOwn the strategic product & technical roadmap for new complex systems aligning to corporate objectives and modernization efforts.Lead and develop a 17-person cross-functional technical squad (Developers, BAs, QA, etc.) delivering complex software systems.Drive modernization of legacy systems, overseeing rebuilds, and migration to a up-to-date tech stack.Implement and mature CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, automation, and engineering excellence standards.Champion Agile ways of working: backlog prioritization, user story quality, and squad rituals.Mentor and upskill teams through ongoing organizational and technology transformation.Serve as a cultural leader who inspires, aligns,
and elevates the maturity of the group and the broader organization.What you must haveSeasoned Director-level experience leading technical teams; not a step-up role.Deepapplication development background (role is not hands-on) with strong understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, pipelines, automation, DevSecOps).Proven experience in large-scale technology modernization and transforming legacy systems to modern architectures and processes.Strong product management orientation: Agile squads, backlogs, user stories, product roadmaps, stakeholder prioritization.Demonstrated ability to translate corporate strategy into a technology + product execution plan.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder environments.Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (Dev, QA, BA).Salary/Rate Range : $120,200 – $188,000Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
