What You’ll Do
Create high-quality, developer-focused content including user guides, programming guides, API/reference docs, technical notes, and release notes.
Turn complex technical concepts into transparent, well‑structured, and practical documentation.
Develop meaningful examples that help developers quickly understand and apply QNX technologies.
Partner with engineers, architects, and product managers to gather insights directly from source code, designs, and real‑world use cases.
Work with technical project managers to plan and deliver documentation aligned with product timelines.
Maintain and evolve documentation toolchains using DITA‑OT, including customization with CSS and XSLT.
Publish content across up-to-date platforms (WebHelp, PDF) using tools like Oxygen XML.

What You’ll Bring
Experience writing technical documentation for a developer audience.
Strong understanding of information architecture, structured authoring, and up-to-date documentation practices.




Familiarity with markup languages, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to read and interpret code (C / C++).
Experience customizing documentation outputs using tools like DITA‑OT, XSLT, CSS, or similar frameworks.
Exposure to scripting (Python, shell, etc.) to automate workflows or tooling.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

If you have any of these then that would be great
Experience documenting complex or embedded systems.
Knowledge of search optimization, content discoverability, and user experience (UX) in documentation.
Experience building or optimizing documentation toolchains.
Scripting in Python or Perl for automation and testing.
