Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor HVAC and building systems for optimal efficiency
• Conduct preventative maintenance and small plumbing repairs

Requirements:
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
• Ability to lift 25lbs and use ladders safely
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work on-call if needed
