This relief/casual role focuses on delivering high-quality housekeeping services within the Allendale Long Term Care Facility in Milton. You will engage with residents and staff, operating cleaning equipment and maintaining safety and cleanliness in resident spaces. Your attention to detail and team-oriented mindset will be pivotal in ensuring a welcoming setting in our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms and communal areas
• Mop and polish floors using designated equipment
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets as needed




• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies
• Assist during meal times to ensure residents’ comfort
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma
• Knowledge of workplace safety for housekeeping tasks
• Robust communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
