About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee both operations and revenue functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence. This includes optimizing systems, processes, and performance metrics across departments, as well as collaborating with the VP of Sales to align sales and operations. The COO will also support go-to-market strategies, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management, and will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on recent market and product opportunities.





Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a proven track record in operations and revenue leadership roles, such as COO, CRO, or GM. Experience in scaling a company with robust P&L; ownership is essential, and a background in the tech sector and/or manufacturing operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving the company's growth and success. Strong skills in sales strategy, operational planning, and cross-functional alignment are also required, along with a solid leadership presence to inspire and lead the team.
