As a Lands Clerk under the guidance of the Land Code Advisor, you will ensure compliance with ʔaq̓am policies and manage documentation. Collaborating with diverse departments, this role will help shape a sustainable future in line with Indigenous values. Your work will contribute directly to the mission of preserving the land and culture of the Ktunaxa Nation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support community engagement through meetings
• Record and track land instruments accurately
• Process annual hunting permits and manage records




• Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes
• Collaborate on ʔaq̓am Land Use Plan updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience essential
• Diploma in Resource Management or equivalent
• Familiarity with Aboriginal rights training is beneficial
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
• Must pass Vulnerable Sector Check
