BCAA is searching for a dedicated Service Advisor. This role focuses on guiding customers through insurance solutions, including travel and auto coverage. You will collaborate with teams and utilize your sales experience to meet customer needs while gaining industry expertise and training support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers to promote BCAA products and services
• Collaborate with support teams to recommend coverage
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers




• Provide exceptional service to meet sales goals
• Participate in training and licensing programs
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a sales and service role
• Level 1 Insurance license or commitment to obtain
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and technology use
• Positive standing with the Insurance Council of BC
• Bonus: CAIB certification and multilingual skills
