Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals per therapeutic menus and recipes
• Conduct mealtime rounds to ensure satisfaction




• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and areas
• Report any equipment failures to the supervisor
• Oversee inventory and quality of food received
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook
• Knowledge of nutritional needs for geriatric care
• Preferably holds a Red Seal Designation
• Must communicate effectively in English
• Capable of leading the dietary department
