As a junior level Building Operator, you will perform key operational support within BGO's diverse property portfolio. Your primary responsibilities include managing HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical maintenance to ensure buildings function safely and efficiently. A proactive approach to environmental responsibility and tenant service is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain climate control and mechanical systems
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical preventative maintenance




• Respond promptly to tenant service requests
• Conduct general maintenance, including housekeeping tasks
• Monitor computerized control systems for efficiency
Requirements:
• Completion of BES 1 & 2 is mandatory
• 2 years of building operations experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills needed
• Must pass a criminal verification check
