Realstar is seeking a 2-Person Team for the Assistant Resident Manager position, offering a rent-free living opportunity. In this role, you will handle property cleaning, minor repairs, and exceptional customer interactions. Flexibility is key with shifts varying over four weekdays, alternate weekends, and occasional on-call evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas, including hallways and stairwells
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed
• Prepare vacant apartments for current residents




• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Assist with leasing processes and on-call requests
Requirements:
• Previous experience in property management preferred
• Skilled appearance and demeanor expected
• Knowledge of protected cleaning material handling
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical duties
• Basic computer skills and good communication abilities
