RQ11217 - Project Manager/Leader - Senior Duration: 10 months(195 business days) + extension

In office (Location:40 St Clair Ave, Toronto)

Responsibilities: Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I⁢ initiatives. Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget

Must Haves

Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager directly responsible for leading all aspects of large, complex Application Development initiatives

Demonstrated hands on experience leading and managing agile projects, preferably following Scrum methodology

Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques

Demonstrated experience successfully managing OPS governance Cluster and Corporate governance approval processes such as project gating, architecture governance points, digital first assessment

Experience managing privacy and security deliverables

Advanced knowledge and experience with Agile development concepts and methodologies

Experience leading technical teams

Experience running scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives





Demonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholders and project interdependencies

Robust technical and business aptitude

Persistent attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear & concise)

Self-motivated leader with robust interpersonal skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio, and Planview

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight deadlines

Project rescue/project triage experience is an asset

Previous government experience is an asset
