Gordon Food Service seeks a dedicated Class 1 Delivery Driver for its night shift, working Sunday to Monday. This role requires punctual deliveries, customer interaction, and attention to safety compliance. Preferred candidates will possess previous driving experience and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and timely deliveries of GFS products
• Build solid relationships with customers
• Collect payments and safeguard company funds
• Perform regular equipment maintenance
• Complete daily inspections of vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license and clean abstract
• Previous skilled driving experience preferred
• Solid mechanical aptitude
• Physically fit to lift and carry heavy items
• High School Diploma or equivalent
