Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the Project Manager will oversee technical studies related to municipal servicing, focusing on critical infrastructure planning and design. The role requires extensive interaction with consultants, developers, and internal teams to provide guidance on infrastructure needs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage water, wastewater, and road infrastructure studies
• Prepare RFPs for technical consultant services
• Conduct field investigations for infrastructure assessments
• Provide technical advice to departments and public entities
• Develop growth-related infrastructure policies and guidelines
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Skilled Engineer registration in Ontario
• Progressive experience in municipal engineering and design
• Robust knowledge of hydraulic modeling practices
• Proficient in GIS and MS Office applications
