Our client is a well-established investment and property management firm looking for a detail-oriented Junior Contracts & Transactions Assistant to join their team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, developmental position supporting transaction and document workflows. You'll work closely with experienced team members, learning the industry from the inside while keeping projects moving forward and records tight.
What You'll Be Doing
Drafting and preparing standard transaction documents (purchase and sale agreements, closing packages) using approved templates
Maintaining transaction trackers, conditions, key dates, waivers, outstanding items
Coordinating DocuSign workflows and routing documents through internal approval processes
Filing and organizing deal documentation in SharePoint
Supporting due diligence, closing binders, and post-closing activities across acquisitions and dispositions
What You Bring
2–3 years in an administrative, legal, or transactions support role
Diploma or degree in business, law,
paralegal studies, real estate, or similar
Robust attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple active files
High proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, styles); comfortable with Outlook and Excel
Experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce is a bonus
