Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the technical execution of PC deployments and network hardware installations. You will work closely with clients and vendors to resolve issues, all while maintaining documentation and timelines with outstanding attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute installations and configurations of PCs and network devices
• Manage warranty applications and software licensing
• Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting application or hardware concerns




• Maintain accurate records using F12’s tracking tools
• Foster solid client relationships and clear communications
Requirements:
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced IT setting
• Positive attitude when addressing client challenges
• Strong understanding of F12’s technology services
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
• Valid driver's license necessary
