Mackenzie Health seeks a Clinical Program Consultant to enhance behavioral interventions and training. Bring your expertise to develop client-focused programs in an inclusive healthcare setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for clinical assessments and recommendations, alongside designing and monitoring skill promotion initiatives. You’ll also develop and facilitate training for mediators and conduct educational seminars for community stakeholders. Travel across York Region and Simcoe County is required to maximize reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and treatment recommendations
• Create and monitor behavior intervention programs
• Train mediators in behavior management principles
• Lead in-service education for community agencies and parents
• Ensure comprehensive evaluation of education programs
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Psychology or related field
• Valid Ontario driver’s license for travel
• Solid knowledge of behavior therapy practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to patient safety policies
