Terus Construction, part of Colas Western Canada, seeks an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator for a vital unionized position. You will operate and maintain the asphalt plant, utilizing computer-controlled blending systems and ensuring safety protocols. As part of this role, you will manage quality control initiatives and coordinate with team members to maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate asphalt plant safely and efficiently
• Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with in office staff




• Conduct daily inspections of the plant site
• Manage asphalt production statistics and records
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• At least 2 years of asphalt equipment experience
• Confined Space Entry and Aerial Lift training preferred
• Previous road construction experience an asset
