This role reports to the Director of Software Engineering, where you will take charge of the complete lifecycle of forecasting models. Your problem-solving abilities combined with data pipeline management will optimize energy grid performance for our clients. Engage with diverse teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain secure data pipelines
• Manage forecasting models from data preparation to production
• Create advanced forecasting models using ML techniques
• Monitor ML systems and model performance
• Ensure operational readiness of data and forecasting workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in software engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in data science and ML
• Proficient in Python and containerized applications
• Familiarity with relational databases and Airflow
• Understanding of MLOps platforms like AWS SageMaker
