This full time contract role, ending in February 2028, is based in cities like Vancouver, Ottawa, and Calgary. In this role, you will lead advocacy initiatives along the drug access pathway, liaising with various stakeholders. A key focus will be on patient engagement, ensuring that voices of patients, caregivers, and clinicians shape our advocacy efforts. Your work will contribute to high-quality engagement and policy transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Health Technology Assessment (HTA) program delivery
• Coordinate patient submissions to pan-Canadian bodies
• Monitor CDA/INESSS calls for drug review feedback
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data for advocacy
• Build relationships with patient organizations and health charities
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant health or science field
• 5 years experience in patient-focused advocacy roles
• Familiarity with Canadian drug approval pathways
• Robust project management and organizational skills
• Bilingualism in French/English preferred
