Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategy and project execution for capital construction projects

• Develop stakeholder relationships with municipalities and agencies
• Negotiate complex project agreements and contracts
• Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering; P.Eng. in Ontario
• Minimum ten years in project execution and agreements
• Solid leadership experience; seven years preferred
• Knowledge of utility coordination and contract practices
• PMP designation and advanced degree preferred
