BURNCO is seeking a dedicated Loader Operator for its Ready-Mix operations. This position requires physical labor and supports drivers during loading operations while maintaining cleanliness and safety. The role spans Monday to Friday, with potential overtime, evenings, and weekend work when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist drivers with loading materials into Mixer Trucks
• Help mechanics in the shop as required
• Support Batcher in maintaining plant upkeep
• Ensure cleanliness in work areas
• Comply with BURNCO’s safety protocols
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract
• Previous Loader and construction experience desirable
• Adaptable shift availability including overtime
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (over 23 kg)
