Drive meaningful impact as a Coordinator with Lookout Housing and Health Society in Current Westminster, BC. You will assist in managing essential residential, shelter, and outreach programs with a focus on client needs.
In this full time, temporary role, you will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key responsibilities include program oversight, personnel management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating with community agencies and internal departments to provide vital services to marginalized adults.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and evaluate assigned residential and outreach programs
• Ensure adherence to program goals and minimal barrier service
• Assist with hiring, payroll,



and staff development
• Prepare financial reports and monitor expenditures
• Liaise with community agencies and relevant departments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Services or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in community social services
• Knowledge of income assistance and affordable housing
• First Aid Training Certificate required
• Explicit Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors Clearance
